Compliance is the product

RE: Direct from the builder. No marketing layer between us.
BoardStack is not backed by private equity or venture capital. There is no sales team, no support tier, and no account manager who will hand you off to someone else. It is just me — Angel Campa — building the product, reading the complaints, and taking the calls.
Some boards will pass on that. That is the right call for them, and I mean it. A solo-operated product is a real tradeoff. But for the boards that do choose it, here is what you are getting: I read every piece of feedback personally. I take every support question seriously. Every bug gets fixed within 24 hours of being reported. Every feature request gets read and genuinely considered.
I am not promising world-class in the sense that a VC-backed company uses that phrase. I am promising the version that matters: a builder who is paying attention, who cannot afford to ignore you, and who built this because the problem is real.
If you try BoardStack and it does not work for your community — thank you for trying. I would genuinely like to know why. Send me a note and I will read it.
§ 1 · Operating principles
The board record starts with reserve discipline and state-specific obligations.
The system should be legible to a treasurer with a day job.
Flat per-community tiers, billed annually, without per-door surprises.
We would rather show the work than invent social proof.
Questions go to the builder while the product is still being shaped.
BoardStack is an operating tool, not counsel.
