Add or import homeowners so dues, owner portal links, and board records match real people.
Why this matters
Homeowners are used for dues, owner portal links, architectural requests, and contact records. Add the roster before creating dues if possible.
Import from a spreadsheet
Paste CSV text with the column names BoardStack shows on the page. Start with a few rows if you are unsure.
- Open Homeowner Directory.
- Choose Import CSV.
- Paste the spreadsheet text.
- Review any row errors before moving on.
