Opening downloaded files

How to find, open, and share PDF, ZIP, and CSV files after BoardStack downloads them.

Where the file went

Most browsers put downloaded files in a Downloads folder. If you do not see it, look near the top-right of the browser for a downloads arrow or open File Explorer and choose Downloads.

What to do with each file type

PDF files are for reading or printing. ZIP files hold several files in one package. CSV files open in spreadsheet apps like Excel or Google Sheets.

  1. Double-click a PDF to read it.
  2. Double-click a ZIP file, then open the files inside.
  3. Open a CSV with Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
